We don’t have such a term in the wisdom of Kabbalah nor does that definition match the one that researchers from our world use – so let’s leave that aside. The terminology is actually important, and I also need to correct that what we want to reach is called Bestowal. That term you used does not exist anywhere in the authentic wisdom of Kabbalah. We need to reach Bestowal, which is Equivalence with the Creator, which is beyond any good imaginable. Later, much later, after many corrections that we are incapable of, but only the Upper Light can make over us, there is the fact that actually, we are only a Desire – a desire to receive – and we don’t have a shred of bestowal in us; all we can do, at the end of the day, is receive. So, there’s a correction called Receiving in Order to Bestow. But that’s many degrees of corrections away, when the person already has a different mind and heart than what can now be imagined. It’s like a fish that will evolve eventually to a monkey and later a human, already trying to imagine riding a bicycle. How will it happen? However I will imagine it, with what I currently have, will be utterly incorrect.
Certainly, one studying with a group and a true teacher can reach the Upper World. This is what the Creator wants to happen, and He made it possible for it to happen, built into Creation a pathway by which any person could reach it.
Reaching the center of the ten is what we need. For this we need the entire wisdom of Kabbalah. To do so I would have to sort all the corporeal desires in my current Reshimo and raise the friends higher than all of it, so I only think of them. It’s still not the middle third of Tifferet, we don’t have something like that in our tools yet.

Seth usually doesn’t answer in this forum, but I can tell you that it still adds up to 100%. To the extent that the Partzuf can receive in order to bestow, it can receive the light inside. So, let’s say it can receive 20% of the Light. The Ohr Hozer (Reflected Light) is actually the measure of how much I am able to bestow – meaning I could totally overcome the pleasure and not receive it, and bestow it instead. That’s the test. And it turns out that, to that measure, I actually receive it – in order to bestow. That’s why you see both are at 20%. It’s like if I transfer funds from one bank account, you’ll see that same amount in the other.
