    Hi Gianni,

Thank you for all the answers, I have been reading though them and it very is helpful.  I do have an out of the blue question.  The reason I arrived here was the result of a search for methods that could help me live my Faith. I was grateful to find that the foundation in Kabbalah is learning to love they friend as thyself. This seems almost impossible but I completely believe that once achieved my entire perception of this world will change.  I carry baggage that goes by the name guilt, shame, etc. Which seemed to be the foundation I was brought up with.

    Is guilt ego ?

I have come to understand things in a different way.

    1) The biggest is the meaning of ” There is no other God before me. ” It means there is no other power but Him. The hindrance of guilt was a factor in holding me back from returning to Him.  Knowing this one thing is a game changer.

When I fell He was pushing!

    My sorrow is a gift.

    My failure is a learning,

    Creator freely gives.

    So I can have correction,

and learn to be like Him,

    So I can stop collection,

    bestowal can begin.

    2) Faith proving successful, then producing a Knowing  which caused it to be more difficult to have Faith above logic. . A concept unlikely I would have ever grasp on my own, even after experiencing the difficulty. How quickly I fell away!

    And so much more.

Thank you. I know this is just beginning but it has already changed a part of me.

I have experienced rapidly answered prayers during brief moments in my life when I was feeling closest to Him.  I began to notice the prayers that were answered where prayers for things that pleased Him. I didn’t word it that way in my mind at the time, but hind sight now learning Kabbalah tells me asking to do his will is pleasing to him.

    Hi, Im Paul

I am here to learn how to die to self so to speak. I have been on a Yo Yo for 20 years, Just when I would begin to believe I had sure footing in my relationship with God, I would find myself falling down and embracing old behaviors.  Imagine my  reaction when I learned from kabbalah that the Creator was the one who was pushing me away, so that I could learn how dependent I am on Him.  I can feel it in my bones. There is knowledge here that if embraced will cause deep correction for my soul.
