July 11, 2022 at 5:26 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Prompt: What does transitioning from a self-centered perception of reality to one grounded in altruism entail? #293826NathanParticipantI’d say it is the transition from someone who loves themself before all else moving to a person no longer opposed to nature or needing to set oneself above others; rather, they work cooperatively with the world.
July 7, 2022 at 3:23 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Starting a new course in Kabbalah is similar to a fetus moving on to a new trimester. The warm and fulfilling womb is still the same, but the desire and needs of the future human are evolving. Before we start the first week let’s set our expectations. How do we want the womb (Light) to influence and evolve us? What do we desire to achieve in this semester? #293459NathanParticipantTo build the desire to give joy and pleasure to others instead of just seeking them for myself. I hope we have a much stronger and lasting connection to Him and others.
July 6, 2022 at 9:25 pm EDT in reply to: What was my best experience from the previous course? What do I expect from this course? #293410NathanParticipantSimply the overall sensation and belief that we are nearing the truth with all our work. I expect that to continue.
July 5, 2022 at 7:02 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Congratulations on progressing through the intermediary stages of your Kabbalah learning by staring this new course! Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #293333NathanParticipantBuild that desire to bestow, nourish it to grow up big and strong so He will overtake my selfishness. I’d love to learn how to do this, or at least how I can work towards this goal from where I am.

What do I expect from this course? #292921NathanParticipantSeeing life change. Not theory, but by the thoughts and intentions within me observing, feeling, and changing my life and the lives of those around me.
