By getting in “The Lab” – that is connecting with our fellow students, read the Kabbalistic text and follow the direction of our spiritual guides.
It means that I go from egoistic grounded behaviour to include desires which lead me towards a more bestowal level of life.
I tried to be more in my heart and less in my head while listening, that felt good; just be in a relaxing mode. The words are familiar and I could see the Sefirots in front of me.
I expect to learn how to involve the wisdom of Kabbalah in my daily life even more, looking forward to this course with great anticiptation.
My best experience from the previous course was to learn the basics of Kabbalah and to see how this is very similar to the Shamanistic way of explaining the Creator and our world.
