What does it mean to view reality from the perspective of the Creator? This feels like a trick question but here are some points:
- To have an awareness of all that is connected with it
- To act harmoniously with the system
I wonder if nature can “view” or have a perception like me? Nature encompasses everything therefore I must be a part of nature. I can view, feel and make meaning about things and I can learn about the still, Vege and animate but I know hardly anything about the greater truth of existence. I receive everything from this upper force, yet it can only be observed indirectly via its consequences.

I feel like I’m completely blind and alone fumbling in the dark. I deeply yearn for a spiritual environment and a family of people who can be in a reciprocal relationship with me that’s decorated with love. I live alone and study psychology and statistics at the University of Auckland. My question is this; how can I start building a spiritual environment now? I find myself in a depressive slump – I wish that I can change to be molded into what I think I need to be to reach my goals in life but I don’t know if what I’m doing is right and I’m struggling to be consistent. Some advice or a point in the right direction would be much appreciated, thank you
RickiParticipantI come back to this lesson again and again, so this time I’ll share a personal reflection on the statement “There is none else besides Him”:
When I’m reminded of this statement, I feel peace, reassurance, awe and reverence. When I consider more deliberately “There is none else besides Him” I’m reminded of how limited our human senses are. There is so much happening in the world that is beyond my comprehension and imagination never is quite the same as a visceral experience. What’s inside me is part of the network too. I want to know more about what substance (or quality?) binds this all together in a way that lasts.

February 22, 2022 at 5:03 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Question: What is freedom and how, by the help of the Reforming Light, can we acquire it? #282319RickiParticipantMy guess, following what I’ve learnt so far is that freedom lies in how we direct our intention, everything else happens according to His plan. The reforming light helps us to correct our desires and thus uncover the internal compass that will help us develop this new sense. True freedom may be an aspect of this new sensation of the world.
February 14, 2022 at 3:03 am EST in reply to: Preparation Question: Try to imagine the sensation behind the statement “There is None Else Besides Him.” How can I feel that the entire reality is the action of the Creator? #281669RickiParticipantwhen I try to imagine the sensation of “there is none else beside him”… well, this is difficult, so I’ll list some things that I know from experience.
I know that there is a feminine and masculine quality embedded in my experience and that I feel this as one. I imagine that the masculine/ penetrating force generates or gives me the light of consciousness, and the feminine/ receiving force is somehow what the light makes contact with and therefore this enables the consciousness to spring up out of the connection between them. Since the creator is the unified force of nature and is all encompassing, it doesn’t matter whether I sense Him or not because He is happening regardless of my comprehension or degree of sensation of His bestowing.
So I guess if I were to imagine the sensation of “there is none else beside him” then I would have some level of understanding or attainment that would enable me to feel what He wants to give most?
