My best experience from the previous course was feeling validated by some of the concepts and values taught and the “ah-ha!” moments when something I didn’t understand before came into focus. My desire for spirituality is growing. In particular, I’m grateful for understanding a bit more about the kabbalistic environment and what is required/ expected in the groups. I hope to build this understanding more in the next 5 weeks, to feel ready and able to give my abilities to you.

What most inspired me about this course was learning about how the lab works. When working to build a collective desire and draw focus toward helping the group aka other points in the heart, I now know to expect some difficulties that are in fact good, such as conflict or discomfort that can allow me to identify my ego, and when confusion or absence of fulfilment is felt, this is darkness inside the egoistic vessel. Despite the fact that the ego is the cause of much unbalance in the world, nature built me as an egoist as part of a greater plan. I am not bad or wrong or broken for being within the degree I find myself in, I can accept and appreciate what the creator has given me and direct my attention toward engaging in the kabbalistic environment. Another part that I enjoyed about this course was the introduction to some specific spiritual concepts and names because it helped me make sense of and relate to these names from previous readings i had done. One last thing, the readings were excellent, particularly the questions and answers from the book The Kabbalah experience, as i deeply related to some of the questions.

To my fellow students: I hope you go past the barrier before me. I hope that you become far greater than me. I hope that you can quench your thirst over and over again and feel peace. I wish you good health and harmony in your lives. I hope for the upper light to surround you

Suppose enough people operated in this world according to the spiritual law of love and connected with the upper worlds; My guess about the results in the world is that the progression of cultures around the world may develop at an increased rate and/ or become more and more focused on attributes such as compassion, patience, openness, listening, reciprocity, mutual aid, charity/ generosity, integration, participation, active engagement with community, tolerance, education, communication skills, love, etc. To encourage the healthy development of people in society, education will morph to address these needs. Conflict and disagreements may still occur throughout the world, but the way these problems are addressed will be different.

If people were connected according to the spiritual law of love, our values and desires would mirror those of the creator. We would have a better feeling and understanding of what life is, and this would affect our actions toward each other and our environment. We would feel supported much more than we do on average today, and thus more capable of reaching fulfilment. Like a ripple effect, or tipping past a threshold, the movement of those who reach attainment will influence their neighbors and their neighbor’s neighbors toward… something that I can’t see yet, but must be in alignment with creation’s plan.

I would like to know more about GE and AHP. Can you please recommend some text to read? I have a copy of the book Kabbalah for the Student and access to the internet.

“The light” is an influence of the upper force. “Reforms” insinuates correction and movement toward equivalence of form.  By participating and engaging with fellow points in the heart, kabbalistic texts and a guide/ teacher, we attract the light that reforms. If helping others accentuates the effects of the upper force, then there must be some element that is congruent with the creator’s quality. The creator’s quality is of bestowal, unconditional and unlimited fulfilment, connection, and love. When we aim to help friends, a few processes occur:
    1. we recognize they are part of us, the one soul of Adam Ha-Rishon that was shattered, and it is our responsibility to aspire toward connection. We appreciate the friends as part of ourselves.
    2. Despite our egoistic tendencies, we can work above the ego by utilizing the intention to bestow and faith above reason
    3. By intending to bestow greatness to the friends, we emulate the quality of the upper light. By helping the friends progress along the spiritual path, we are all uplifted.

When we have a great desire to become like the creator we attract surrounding light and the light which reforms. We can strengthen this desire by curating and engaging with an environment that aims toward the same goal, such as gathering with like-minded people, the right books and the right teacher. Though we may not initially understand or be confused about what we are learning, or feel uncomfortable emotions along the journey, as long as we are focused on correcting our ego and building an intention to recieve in order to bestow, a screen, as long as we keep returning to our burning desire to come into equivalence of form with creation, light surrounds us.
