If you really concentrate on those beautiful moving starling formations in the video in the ‘Related’ section, you kind of get the feel for the idea of connected consciousness. I loved that clip. Thank you for showing it. It really does portray the concept of connection, at least metaphorically on an animal level.
The other concept in this lesson that I was comforted to grasp was that conflict in the kabalist group is the means by which they all grow. The experience of ‘no conflict’ can actually mean that the group is not growing. This is totally different from different groups I’ve experienced in my past.

How do we amplify its transformative influence? #337416RosieParticipantI’ve learned that the ‘point in the heart’ is a seed that can only grow under the sunlight of connecting with others. Others as in those on the same path. I’ve also learned that once in a great while I can express a kabalistic principle subtly to others and find comfortable agreement. I know I can’t explain anything to anyone. The light that’s growing inside me will shine on its own and hopefully positively affect others.

I’m so relieved to know that there is a way forward and that the way is not alone. I’ve always sensed a sort of patience from the Creator and feel that I was led to be here, right now. I yearn for inner correction. I feel my imperfections and I accept them as necessary learning experiences. I’m grateful to be here. Thank you to all the instructors. Might take awhile, but once I get through all the Hebrew and download inwardly, all the concepts, I will find the inner comfort that I’ve been searching for, for a long time.
December 18, 2023 at 11:10 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Prompt: What does transitioning from a self-centered perception of reality to one grounded in altruism entail? #337414RosieParticipantStretching beyond our own self-centered needs and desires. Taking a step outside ourselves (our ego) and taking a bigger view of reality and how we can affect it.

The Creator made us with the desire to receive and without fully understanding this nature, we would have a difficult time understanding how to reach the level of bestowal. From how I see it now, more correction would be needed to put that misunderstanding on the right path to real, reality. And when we can rise above the desire to receive we can begin to develop the level of bestowal. Part of this is realizing the only real rule in reality is the law of nature, that encompasses all creation, still, vegetative, inanimate and speaking.

I gained a deeper, clearer understanding of Abraham. The analogy story of the caterpillar really gave a good representation of the whole world situation.
