The creator is all that is and all that ever was. We are all a part of him in oneness. What we perceive with our senses is not the true reality, the true reality lies with growing closer to the creator by correcting our desires to one which is of bestowal like the creator. When we receive only to give we will know the creator.
Learning that behind the words in a book, a finely crafted handmade piece of furniture or anything that is man-made lies the mind of the creator. When you view it in this way it changes everything in perspective. The same in nature, in the beauty in nature that surrounds us lies the mind of the force of nature revealing the pleasures that he bestows on us.
In the next part of the course, I hope to deepen my spiritual understanding of the force of nature and learn how we can begin to move towards harmony with the creator.
What I found most inspiring is the possibility of attaining the spiritual worlds whilst in the corporeal world if I follow the teachings and apply them to my life. What I have learned about myself is that I have a lot of negative thoughts throughout any day and I need to be aware of them as they happen and to capture the thought before it takes a strong hold of me and vice versa, try to have more positive thoughts throughout the day. When I do this I feel more happiness inside, like a weight has lifted off my shoulders and I feel a warm glow which reflects positively in my actions and communication with other people daily. So I am monitoring my moods and thought patterns. What I wish for my fellow students is that they realise that the study of Kabbalah is a process which takes time to understand and for it to reflect positively in your life. Although we are all at the very beginning of the journey, with effort and commitment, that spark in heart will grow bigger and brighter for each and everyone of us.
By being one with the creator. The creator’s only desire is to bestow upon his creatures nothing but pleasure, to fill us with light but for his creatures to have the equivalence of form with the creator we need to correct our desires, our wish to receive by changing our intentions to one which receives to bestow.
May the light shine strong and brightly in every one of you so that our lights stretch out from our hearts to merge and become one with the creator
That the authors of books are passing on not only their writings but the essence of their minds. Starting to understand the concept of not only trying to comprehend the text I am reading but to feel it. Asking myself, how do the words make me feel inside as I read them. Even though I cannot understand or have difficulty understanding some of the recommended readings, I do find myself having moments of feeling/emotion as I relate the text to life, my life. Thoughts appear as I am reading that make me stop reading as I reflect on comparisons and memories of my own life experiences. It helps me understand these events in my life on a much deeper level than ever before, like finally there is some revealing of truth.
