Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path? #442073

ParticipantI think in this case “helping” means being with others and interacting with them. What happens then, is totally open-ended: this may give them the opportunity to provide feedback to me, or I may give feedback to them, or we just exchange thoughts and hopefully mutually learn from this exchange.

ParticipantIt entails growing the feeling of love towards all people (maybe first towards the people around me). This should naturally lead to desiring their happiness.

Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #439855Sun
ParticipantI am curious in what way we will be growing the connection between us, and how that will feel. As a side issue, I am waiting for all 10 sefirot to be named and explained.

ParticipantThe creators of this course developed a certain method. I just follow the steps as they are presenting them to us, hoping to learn and understand. It seems the Connection between us will be the goal of this segment.

ParticipantFascinating introduction but my head is spinning a little. It is not the kabbalah I expected. So I am dropping my expectations. It sounds like we will be doing group bonding activities and developing a sense of community.

ParticipantWhat inspired me most is that the Creator is the only force acting in reality and that it does only good. It is also a revelation to be told that the state of the humanity depends solely on my actions. I am trying to comprehend this, it would feel less of a burden to share such responsibility with everybody else.
