Greetings, My name is Susan from Michigan. Very Interested in the Zohar. I dont know much about it yet.
I have been on a long quest for answers. instead of buying food I go on random book buying binges. lol probably you all can relate to that. lol. I have lot of books lol very driven to find Truth.
it was a couple weeks ago during my first course here kabbalah revealed 1 , you know the section recommend reading, Get your course book package from the bookstore. well i clicked it and there were two random books I bought somewhere during one my book buying binges. lol it was Shamati and Kabbalah for the Student. My Jaw dropped!!! I couldn’t believe it. that text book so big, I knew i couldn’t go though it alone so i shelved it. Until now. and also managed to get the 22 volume Zohar collection. not knowing what a Gem i had, for nearly Free! So What do I Expect from this Course, A Guided tour of the books I acquired Please. I have red ruby slippers and have found Cinderella LoL !
this is no coincidence. The Creator has Bestowed all us the honor of being part of KabU and the community. this course is going to be Great!
I am taking it one run of the later at a time, i am feeling giddy and euphoric. I have waiting my entire life for this and am treasuring every moment. Rome wasn’t built in a day, my father used to say. blessed be he.
I wish that when we grow up, we can be great Kabbalists at the level of second Revelation. That we grow big enough to climb up the ladder   By the way my mother made me a Kabbalah sandwich for lunch. Meet me at the playground and we all can partake and share it together.
I wish we forever hold the heart of a child, and hang on and grow our Light & Awe.

My biggest takeaway is conformation of these matters. having been completely isolated since childhood in my walk, and only having the creator to contemplate with. the course teaching is the same things I somehow already knew but could not vocalize nor describe until now. i know others identify with that. what are the odds of that? ziltch lol
kabbalah is the one and only truth,Universal Knowledge, we definitely have been given from the creator . how can people from allwalks life,cultures and living vast distanced from each other and without having spiritual education nor influence, not knowing each other nor having any education in kabbalah all have the same conclusions or knowledge? how many of us during the courses, has said to self, wow! i knew that already or kinda knew that. then after class,  wow I know that better now, i am more complete, the things i already knew as a shadow has come alive, the truth of the matters. I have conformation now my walk and suffering is not in vain, thanks to KABU and the community.
maybe someone can better explain it. struggling a bit putting it in words.
