This would just confuse a person. We always recommend sticking only with one…whichever one you prefer.

Chris, thats amazing, so does that mean the people in ruth never said the creators name? Or they had a higher sense of perception ? I really need to know if they spoke the name or not.

I couldn’t tell you what they did back then, but we know Kabbalah speaks about the inner world of a person and not what occurs externally. If a person says something or doesn’t say it, does something or doesn’t do it–this isn’t within the realm of what the method of Kabbalah speaks about.
Thanks!

should we go above reason we are negative or faith that we are positive?
- January 5, 2024 at 1:31 pm EST #338701Chris – KabU InstructorModerator
Above reason means I have a reason, I have an egoistic (opposite the Creator) opinion and the power of “faith”–the Creator’s help–I’m able to rise above it and exist in the intention to bestow.

how can we be humble and judge others positively if there is a commandment do not bear false witness?
- January 5, 2024 at 1:32 pm EST #338702Chris – KabU InstructorModerator
We will always lean towards judging others, and criticizing them–this is our nature. The commandment is to not want this as our nature.

if being humble should we go above reason and say we are ugly when we perceive we are handsome?
- January 5, 2024 at 1:34 pm EST #338703Chris – KabU InstructorModerator
Above reason is the state of wanting to resemble the Creator.

how to handle suffering sent by god?
- January 5, 2024 at 1:36 pm EST #338705Chris – KabU InstructorModerator
First, run to the sources and try to cleave onto their words initially, and then try to enter them emotionally. Kabbalists will only talk about the spiritual world–that it is the perception of the one ruling force in reality that only does good. When a person feels suffering, this is certainly only on the side of the receiver, therefore the change must occur there as well in order to perceive something differently. The aim at these times, from the Creator, is not to “cause suffering”–the Creator cannot do this, rather, to cause us to rise above the existence of bitter/sweet and into an existence of true/fasle.
