Hello
In our world where time and space exist, can we say that Olam Haba, the world to come, is the future for us and that the future has to already exist?
Thank you
Adelina

Hey Adelina,
Yeah, you could say it exists in potential, but we are talking about states of the will to receive. The WTR will need to undergo correction the way it itself needs to in all the many different corrections there are for each one of us, the question of how that plays out in our world depends on how much we can manage to go through those states internally first.
Thanks!

Is the size of the universe and quantity of stars infinite?
- February 15, 2023 at 9:40 pm EST #312734Chris – KabU InstructorModerator
Hey mrc,
As infinite as our will to receive. It’s a reflection of our internality.
Thanks!

I have heard if you go to the retreat that you will make a years worth of progress. Is that true for someone totally new also? Is it more true or less true for this demographic?

It’s true for anyone and everyone all the time. This is certain.

Is doing kabbalah fun?
- February 15, 2023 at 9:37 pm EST #312731Chris – KabU InstructorModerator
Hey Todd,
I think fun world be more of a subjective description but you could say it’s fun to engage in something that is the most important thing in all of reality – correcting ourselves in order to reveal the single force in nature.
Thanks!

Hi,
I just started learning about Kabbalah and had no prior idea about this science. I don’t want it to remain just like some information stuffed in brain but to actually live it every moment. How long will it take for me to understand it to a level that I may experience it’s value in day to day activities? Any rough estimates??

Hey Prashant,
Certainly the first couple of years are just absorbing the material, the environment, the study etc. –Â getting “used” to everything. That doesn’t mean a person is growing and advancing during this time, but the practical aspects can’t exactly be implemented since the foundation is lacking. How quickly a person goes through states and inner changes depends on the person themselves. You’ll start seeing and feeling the world differently with every given change but Kabbalah isn’t given to us to improve our lives in this world, it’s given in order for us to rise above it. Where we start, with what, how – all these questions need accurate, precise answers, internally. Until a person has laid this foundation for building the inner “compass”, they will just kind of be wandering blind. You can imagine you’re floating in space, not knowing what is up or down or left or right. Then you start smelling something, maybe a change in the wind, a sound from there and a sound from here – all these inputs begin to register and you can start orienting yourself more and more. This is a natural process just as natural as a baby developing into a small child. Imagine all the small accumulative changes that happen daily. We just don’t know how to recognize our inner changes immediately, but gradually it will become very clear.
Best of luck!
Chris
