      Hi everyone,

my name is Amelia, I live in Melbourne Australia. I am a clinical psychologist and a mum to three beautiful boys aged 18, 15 & 11. I am very curious about Kabbalah and in particular the approach  to suffering. I’m nearly 50(!) Though I’m not sure where a couple of decades went because I don’t feel 50! 😉 I witness a lot of suffering in the clients I work with. Not to mention in my own circke of family and friends, in community, society.. . I know there is a guide in one of my favourite therapies which says pain is inevitable and suffering is optional. It doesn’t seem optional at times but I can see it comes from resistance rather than acceptance of reality.. anyway thanks for having me. I know there is much to learn and I am looking forward to it!
