What blew my mind about week 4 is that the whole time we were actually being revealed not only yhe structure of the 10 Sefirot, but the “why” about them. Amazing!!
Alejandro EscontriasParticipantMay you all find your purpose of life, and nurture the embryonic soul within you to its maturity.

This is like the clay vessel saying to its creator “why did you make me thus?” If the vessel has the power to think for itself and want to be like the Creator, isn’t that making ourselves to be A Higher Level than what we were created to be?
So what is embedded within the vessel during its’ creation that is built only to receive, that causes it to realize “it is better to give than to receive”? Is that also given by the Creator and part of the vessel? If so then the vessel is NOT only a will to receive but it also contains some sort of hidden “gene” or “potential” to realize and be activated?
Is this hidden potential, the cause of our noticing the difference in the pleasure to only receive versus the pleasure to give that it is experiencing in Binah?
Alejandro EscontriasParticipantI hope and pray that each of you find truth, walk in the light, and find peace and confidence while correcting the quality of desire within you so that we can build a community in which the Light can dwell in and to extend to others. I hope someday to meet people here in person at one of the KABU retreats as well. I will probably be virtual this year, due to family medical emergency, but hopefully next time.

August 7, 2023 at 2:37 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: In what way have I gained a deeper understanding of my life and of the forces working in the world? #328143Alejandro EscontriasParticipantI have come to understand that the control I thought I had, is really not my own. That I have come to idolize the perfect world in my own mind that I thought I could create for myself. I’ve been mostly successful in controlling the forces around me in this world, but at the expense of others. I find that so far, I’m beginning to realize I need to let go of that, and in a way I am both fearful but also I find relief of some sort that the burden of the world may not be on my shoulders, and that maybe I can’t fix everything no matter all the injustices I see, even in my own character. I’m hopeful that Kabbalah will redirect my path back to the Creator and His Will, and that I can align with the forces that work from above here below.
