I am being more consciously aware of my egoistic desires and at the same time as I receive, I’m trying to acknowledge the Creator and that the will to bestow wants me to feel pleasure. So I receive the pleasure for him.

To see no separation between myself and another person, we are part of the whole.
April 29, 2024 at 1:08 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Congratulations on progressing through the intermediary stages of your Kabbalah learning by staring this new course! Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #370659AmandaNZParticipantI hope to learn what practical actions are available to help me progress on this journey.

What do I expect from this course? #370185AmandaNZParticipantSo far the time has been spent absorbing new information, trying grasp new concepts and ways of thinking. I am keen to find out what actions we can take, what we can practically DO to progress in our kabbalah journey.
AmandaNZParticipantI am amazed and inspired by the fact that everything I have learned so far makes complete sense on a deep inner level. Even though much of kabbalah, spirituality and the nature of the Creator is still hidden to me. So far kabbalah answers all the spiritual questions I could never seem to find an answer for. All the difficult questions that every religion and philosophy purport to have an answer for but never really ring true. It’s been so very comforting and satisfying to have finally found the place where those answers do ring true.
April 8, 2024 at 1:09 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: The importance of clearly defining the goal in the study of Kabbalah is the beginning of the path. Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #368341AmandaNZParticipantThe goal of studying is to enter spirituality, perceive the Creator and work our way along the path to that place we descended from, and to once again have equivalence of form with the Creator.
