AnnmarieParticipantThis was the third course since I began to study Kabbalah. Each one progressed wonderfully to help me feel along with helping me think about spirituality in a much more dynamic evolution of myself. I have not crossed the barrier, no, not at this time. But I do believe that continuing with my studies in Kabbalah I will learn to Receive with the intention to Bestow for the ‘Sake of the Creator’. I am a novice student with a great thirst for the spiritual LIGHT. I have reached this Light in my other studies of Christianity, but I believe that Kabbalah will bring me closer to the Creator that I have ever been before.

AnnmarieParticipantIf we were all connected with the spiritual law of love, then everyone would have respect and love for one another. There would be NO selfishness. Everyone would want only the best in comfort and happiness for their friends, and their friend’s friend, etc., and on going throughout all of humanity. There wouldn’t be anymore illnesses because the (worldwide) prayer group would be for everyone’s friend’s perfect health. Therefore, the entire world would live in a healthy, harmonious, peaceful existence. Desires would always exist because life is always motivational with new ideas always popping up; new developments being created, invented, and discovered; and creativity will always be explored, but now with the spiritual connection it would be within a peaceful environment.

May 8, 2023 at 4:11 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Our entire work in Kabbalah is only to attract the light that reforms. By this we receive everything we need for our advancement. Furthermore, I’m told that if I will help the others, I will advance myself even more towards spirituality. How does this work? What does it mean to help the others, those with the point in the heart, on the spiritual path? #319614
AnnmarieParticipantTo help others is to share our knowledge that we’ve just learned through our studies of Kabbalah. We must also maintain the most important lesson of all: Gratitude “For the sake of the Creator” and “Love your neighbor as yourself”. By following these rules, lessons, or attributes, we will attract the “Light” that reforms us. As we commence diligently on our spiritual path, those with the “point in the heart” will benefit and grow with us together.

AnnmarieParticipantThis is a group of like minded people. We share thoughts and ideas on the lectures that we’ve just watched and on the reading assignments that we’ve just read. We are working together to correct our egos. We put our desires before the Creator. We pray for help from the Creator to give us strength and wisdom to correct our egos, and we do this all for the “Sake of the Creator”. With our constant and diligent intent to keep the Creator in our lives we are building our individual ‘light that reforms’.

April 29, 2023 at 11:15 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Prompt: What does transitioning from a self-centered perception of reality to one grounded in altruism entail? #319047
AnnmarieParticipantTo shift from egoistic perception of reality to a perception of bestowal we must begin to see through our life’s experiences by feeling the Upper Forces. To do this we must feel the light of the Creator. We must receive (everything that comes to us) with an intention of pleasing the Creator. If we can keep that intention, to please the Creator, we will become givers like the Creator; and therefore, our egoism will shift to bestowal.

April 21, 2023 at 11:52 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Congratulations on progressing through the intermediary stages of your Kabbalah learning by staring this new course! Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #318469
AnnmarieParticipantI want to learn how to live in this reality and reach for the upper worlds. I want to learn how to SEE both worlds more clearly. I want to learn the Kabbalah way of life. I want to learn how to become altruistic and leave my ego behind. I have many wants and I am willing to work (read/study) to accomplish my desires for the ‘sake of the Creator’.
