Hello, I have a question regarding the  purpose of reading Kabbalah texts is only to attract the Upper Light. Does that mean that even if I read and I don’t understand I am still connecting to the knowledge?  Also can you please provide an example of a proper type of prayer?

The sensation behind the statement “there is none else besides him” simplifies my understanding of God vs many gods. Also it gives me an understanding that everything is creator and the creator is in everything.
The idea that he is one with us all and with in us is incredible in it self. Understanding this will definitely help me to reach the goal of being one with him.

My best experience was the realization that there is a creator and I am part of a creature. I expect to continue to grow my understanding about the relationship between the creator and my self. Understanding Concealed vs. revealed was awesome. I hope to gain a deeper understanding of that. Also, the true understanding of what intention really means.
