I have learned that I have to be willing to set aside feeling that I don’t matter or that I somehow don’t deserve love to be willing to be receptive to the connection and elevation and love from the group. Also setting aside whatever is going on in day to day life.
Focusing on connecting to and loving others makes it easy to set the ego aside and shuts down the barrage of egoistic thoughts.
I have learned that I can actually do that.
March 14, 2023 at 5:44 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: What does it mean to connect with others? In what desire are we connected? #315162CatParticipantIt means to connect the points in our hearts, and to love each other as ourselves or more.
In our desire for correction… The revealing of the Creator.

We’re facing a single interconnected system in which everything is recorded. Punishment is felt when I’m not adapted to that system, which is all bestowal – I’m still operating according to what my ego dictates. By doing so I am lining up all kinds of boots in the air that will kick me. But if I start going according to Kabbalists advice then I’m running ahead of those boots. Because they are coming to correct me. If I’m already running towards correction, I don’t need to be kicked. This system is demanding correction from each person, to the extent of their development.
March 8, 2023 at 6:57 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Question: Starting a new course in Kabbalah is similar to a fetus moving on to a new trimester. The warm and fulfilling womb is still the same, but the desire and needs of the future human are evolving. Before we start the first week let’s set our expectations. How do we want the womb (Light) to influence and evolve us? What do we desire to achieve in this semester? #314682CatParticipantI would like the Light to change me to recognise more of what is around as being of the Creator and not so separate. I’d like to achieve more connection with other members.
March 6, 2023 at 1:58 pm EST in reply to: What was my best experience from the previous course? What do I expect from this course? #314476CatParticipantI think the highlight of the last course was the Q&A session, which I think was actually supposed to be the start of this course. 🙂
I am looking forward to learning about right connection, and how to further put into practice everything we are learning.
I had an interesting experience this morning sitting and trying to imagine connecting with a group, which is something I would say I have been a bit anxious about… I felt such a huge heart expansion, it was really beautiful. It’s helping give me the courage to keep going.
CatParticipantIt’s overwhelming to try to sum it up very briefly.
As I have felt in my previous ventures to Kabbalah, I feel elevated by every moment I spend in the environment. Hopefully, we can continue forward and all elevated each other, and together.
