DinaParticipantNo question, I just wanted to express my gratitude for the lessons and journey here with KabU. I am learning so many inspirational concepts, and strangely enough, they align perfectly with other forms of study, such as my Graduate program, and my 12-Step program. Synchronicity has played a large part in my finding KabU, to begin with! I am excited to be here, and to continue learning and growing with all of you!
July 27, 2025 at 12:35 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: What does it mean to view reality from the perspective of the Creator? #446521
DinaParticipantI believe that it means to view all creation as “good”, not inherently evil, as some religions teach. All creation was created by and for the Creator, humans are but visitors on this planet. We should strive to have the “mind” of the Creator, as Kabbalah teaches, as our worldview changes tremendously from this perspective. Our thoughts regarding ourselves and others are transformed also.

DinaParticipantI have only been with KaBU a short time, and am a bit behind on my lessons, but catching up. I have studies and been involved with many religions and faith traditions over the course of my life, but Kabbalah is the only one that seems to encompass and explain many of my long-held beliefs and thoughts. Thank you so much for allowing me to study the tradition of Kabbalah and bringing a name to my faith!!!!!!
July 15, 2025 at 12:47 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: The importance of clearly defining the goal in the study of Kabbalah is the beginning of the path. Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #445361
DinaParticipantI wish to understand the meaning of my life, and life in general. My goal is to grow in my spiritual life, by the wisdom of Kabbalah, not by own will, not by my own understanding. I feel the Point in my Heart calling out for the truth, and I will follow that calling.
July 5, 2025 at 2:03 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: What is freedom and how, by the help of the Reforming Light, can we acquire it? #444335
DinaParticipantFreedom is the ability, developed in the “Point in the Heart”, to thirst for the Truth, connection with our Creator, and to realize that, in our connection, each thought or act will also affect all of Creation. It comes with a great amount of responsibility also. The Reforming Light, which we sense from our desire, will draw us ever closer to the Creator and all of Creation.

DinaParticipantThat to ascribe even the “negative” events, or to blame ourselves for the “dark nights of the soul” that we experience is, in a sense, making us a “god”. There is nothing in our lives that comes from anywhere or anyone, other than the Creator. This has very much helped me in understanding the faulty beliefs that Christianity holds regarding sin and the “devil”. Each distraction and hardship that we face, is sent by the Creator, in order to draw us ever closer to Him, to the Light.
