SmithParticipantThis lesson has peaked my interest in continuing to see the theory unfold.

Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #436050
SmithParticipantI want to connect with the creator and have a more peaceful life.
I also would like to better understand the method of Kabbalah.
I would also like to be more accepting of the Creator’s guidance when things don’t go my way.

SmithParticipantThere are two answers to this question. The first is to change our attitude and the second is to change our environment.

SmithParticipantHello,
On the knowledge check question: “How do Kabbalists describe the picture of reality?”
We chose the answer, “As a system that is designed to develop within us a mature desire to perceive the Creator,”
and were wrong.
The other two choices were:
That “There is None Else Besides Him”
or
That there is only one power and acting force in reality, which is the Creator.
These last two choices seem to be saying the exact same thing.
Is our answer wrong, or is it a mistake on the test?
If our answer is wrong, please tell us the correct answer.
SmithParticipantI am hoping to learn here how to do that. Often I make plans and they blow up in my face. I think it helps to try and see how the seemingly negative events and feelings in my life are sent by the Creator for my own good.
Often times, after a negative event, I realize that if I had gotten what I wanted, I would be unhappy, and usually the way things work out seem better.
