I have understood that creation is good. Creation is the Creator. To overcome the suffering and sadness that the world sometimes produces in us, we must place ourselves in a perspective close to the Creator.

Physically and emotionally, we have limits like the rest of the creatures. But human beings have the ability to understand this and make sense of it. So, despite the difficulties, we can continue to have spiritual freedom.

Even the darkest actions serve as a contrast to the light (this is very difficult to understand sometimes).
If we want to feel reality as an act of the Creator, we must start from the point in the heart and understand that, behind all the acts and forces in the world, there is only one force, the Giver.
