The best experience from the previous course was understanding what Kabbalah is and isn’t. Having clarity that it is not a religion or esoteric practice etc. Also, I also understood what the term “love your friend as yourself” and how we are all part of the creator. Starting to see us as connected not as separate beings–seeing ourselves as part of the whole.
Yvette LanausseParticipantI really enjoyed this lesson. What most inspired me is reflecting on Love your friend/neighbor as you love yourself.

what is the best way to practice in your heart to love your neighbor as yourself. I work with people all day as a therapist so I understand how to have positive regard for others, but I can’t say “I love them” what would be the best strategy to actually have this feeling in my heart–authentically?December 16, 2025 at 7:56 pm EST in reply to: Preparation Question: If everyone must reach the ultimate goal, what is my role in the process? #471625
Yvette LanausseParticipantMy role is to learn as much as possible how to climb the ladder and begin to see the world and my fellows as the creator sees them.
