I want to help those around me, but the Creator is already giving them exactly what they need and doesn’t need my help with that. That’s the problem. He needs help, just not with that. But I myself want to help Him with specifically that. So, we have a problem. I want to bestow to Him in an area that He “has it covered” already.
What He needs is for me to correct myself. That’s the rock that even the Creator can’t lift.
Me, by myself, He feels toward that “me” the way I feel toward, say, a single cell within my precious baby son. The cell isn’t important, but the collection is more important than anything in the world. The cell itself, if it feels itself alone, is a cancer cell; while the healthy cell doesn’t feel himself alone, but part of the whole. In the whole, it feels it’s life and existence. We’re like cancer cells and thus we don’t enjoy our existence, nor does the Creator. And that “I” isn’t the true me either, nor does it have any eternity to it. The true me is in my incorporation in the whole reality. That’s where I truly express what’s unique in the root of my soul, and where I discover the Creator’s love for “me”.
You heard that Kabbalah is about connection, because by connection with others we reveal the spiritual world. What you didn’t hear is that there is – like in math or the periodic table of elements – an order to this connection. You will not be able to connect first with someone who is not next in the sequence. By this I mean, the first point of contact for this connection is only with others who have the Point in the Heart, which is the inclination for specifically Kabbalah (because Kabbalah is what a person is irresistibly drawn to when they want to attain the purpose of life). Only among those who have such an inclination do I have a fixed backdrop against which I can start to work toward spiritual connection.
If I want to work this way toward my family, my co-workers – I can try, but for sure it won’t work. The laws of those connections and what will work and be beneficial for me are on a different level, the level of regular psychology, how to buy people, charm them, and so on.
How can I rekindle an old friendship? Kabbalah doesn’t help me do so. To do that there are such obvious means one doesn’t even need Kabbalah. Really, just do it. Kabbalah deals with higher things, how to correctly relate not to some person but to the entire reality including everyone and with them to the Upper Force. Then I’m correct toward the whole reality. And of course I don’t need to be sorry for anything I’ve done in the past since in this all is perfected.
It’s as if I want to fix pixels on the computer screen itself when they’re projected that way from somewhere else inside the computer. You deal with problems of this world by ordinary means without any mysticism. Then you work internally to correct yourself.
