Depending where you live you may find one, however everything is online now. One has to work towards the others, to feel the Creator in the connection of the hearts, which is above space and time, whether the friends are in front of him in person or in front of him on the computer screen. When you reach the graduate program we can check if you live physically near any other friends.

Ok, keep thinking. But right now it’s just trying to connect the dots. These are different worlds. First Restriction, Second Restriction. If we’re being realistic, you won’t be able to connect them. Even if it “makes sense”, it won’t be the right understanding. You have before you just one move – thoughts of self moving to thoughts of the group of Kabbalists, that they will reach their goal. That would be the closest thing to Restriction, which is the action of first restriction. And later there’s Second Restriction and so on.
There’s no connection to the wisdom of Kabbalah because by connecting to the Purpose of Creation only good can come. But whatever else comes residually should be dealt with in normal corporeal ways – if medical attention is needed, get that; if psychological attention is needed, get that. As if spiritual work does not exist. And doing so will be the most spiritual possible action.
That’s a good question, Brian. Look at nature, atoms, molecules. They connect, but actually it’s not that they themselves touch. If we look closer there is always a force that connects between all of the parts, which, at their scale are lightyears from one another. With us too, we need to connect – meaning the Upper Force needs to solidify the connection, make it real, that we’ll feel a reality as thick as soup binding us with the others above time and space. We can give names to the forces that bind us: love, bestowal. But we have to feel that to understand. To this question we can write thousands of pages of words since there is nothing else in reality but connection and nothing else to do except connect more. In the connection all the Upper Worlds are revealed, all good that can be. Due to lack of connection unfolds all that is undesirable.
It’s like a mother. She doesn’t need a break from her newborn. Instructors are excited for one more opportunity to bestow. It all depends on the importance of the goal. What we call tired only means the goal lost importance or something else became more important (same thing really). As a newbie one should not bite more than can chew, but commit to a schedule you can keep – reasonably – but keep what you promise yourself.
There are two main kinds of Kabbalah texts. One is the kind where the Kabbalist provides a guide for attaining what he attained. Only Rabash and Baal HaSulam wrote such books for people in our world. The other kind were written for other Kabbalists, but not to help one enter the Upper World. Yes, they would all have liked to help everyone reach the spiritual correction – that’s what the Creator wants. But that depends on the types of souls in that generation for this to be permitted. If they will be able to use this method correctly or not.
