You asked about animals and divine energy, and that sounds like the books where people who were not Kabbalists started making up their own wisdom loosely based on their false understanding of Kabbalah. Even if there was something using some of those words in an authentic Kabbalah book, it would mean that the Kabbalist wrote in code, as we know Kabbalists do, using the 4 languages Kabbalists use. They would never talk about animals in our world because Kabbalists didn’t write a single word about our world. There’s no wisdom about our world in the wisdom of Kabbalah. The only time they write about us is when they tell us to connect with our friends, overcome the obstacles to connection, and only within that connection, reveal the Creator. And if we’re talking about that, I wouldn’t want to mix in any confusing coded language. Even Klipa is something we don’t really have; we merely have distractions and we lose the importance of connection and spirituality. A klipa is something you only have in the spiritual worlds.
That’s not written. There are things that we know when we attain them and Kabbalists don’t write them because you need to attain it on your own.
You’ve heard the story of Rabbi Simon from the market, that even before the ultimate spiritual degree you have to go from disconnected to connected. Every time, the steps are the same. We learn about the main ones from Rabash.

“A field which the Lord has blessed” — Genesis 27:27These are very high. If Rabash stopped short of explaining it, that’s all we have. I don’t think we’re already in such detailed work. We need to labor. Exert. That’s what activates the Light. Where is the field? It’s across the threshold between the thoughts of myself and the thoughts of the friends. We haven’t done that general work yet. Later, we’ll find higher resolution in it.
You can accurately describe all the phenomena you experience as psychological. That’s your answer, and then more broadly, we can actually say that the whole perception of reality is psychological. The order of inner properties in a person, if they are egoistic, paint this world. When I will have more spiritual properties, they will paint the spiritual world. Crossing the border between the two requires me wanting to cross that border, which requires me always imagining that border between reception and bestowal, the difference between the two, and demonstrating that I’m trying to be already across the border. I can tell that I’m not ready to cross that border if I’m not imagining it all the time, or if I even prefer to stay on my egoistic side of the border.
