to me…it means to, as best you can, be aware of all your actions, to question why you do/did them, and then to work to change that intention and behavior towards one of compassion, patience, grace, acceptance, forgiveness and love. i’ve been doing this with those closest to me and the results have been beautiful. but who knows, lol…this may not be the right answer to the question of what it means to shift from ego to bestowal.

April 16, 2023 at 9:03 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Congratulations on progressing through the intermediary stages of your Kabbalah learning by staring this new course! Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #318063JenniferParticipantI would like to develop eyes to see and ears to hear so that I may come and see.

My best experience from the previous course is that is complete and that I’ve moved on, lol. I did not find myself as attracted to it as I had been at the beginning of these studies. I feel as though a child in a high chair being teased to open my mouth with a spoonful food but them only being allowed just a taste of it on my lips. I am being teased with baby food and yearn for meat. Although I acknowledge I may not have the teeth for it yet.JenniferParticipantWhat most inspired me in the course? The writings.
What have I learned about myself in the process? To be patient.
What do I wish for my fellow students in their spiritual development? My role is to come and see.
