Remembering thoughts that I had about life and the Creator as a child, and then finding them again in Kabbalah. It gave me encouragement that the Creator is awakening my point in the heart. Sometimes I would read something in our studies that might as well have been in Greek. Then later on it would click, or I would come back to it and it would now make total sense. It made me understand that when the Creator wanted the “gate” to open, He would open them. Also as someone else mentioned, my quest for spirituality in other paths has diminished, it has almost become a repulsion.

In the readings from the Guide to the hidden Wisdom of Kabbalah on page 69 it says “He gave us the desire to be like him” and on page 70 it says “Creator did not instill in us the wish to be like him”, it seems like a contradiction. Can you please explain?
On pages 49-50, It talks about “The Thought of Creation caused creation to happen…Phase 0 generated 4 more phases, which then generated a Root World…The root world, called Adam Kadman generated 4 more worlds: Atzilut, Beria, Yetzira and Assiya.” I thought phase 0 of the Thought of Creation was Adam Kadman, but if I read correctly there are 4 other worlds before Adam Kadman. Can you please explain and if there are 5 worlds prior to the creation of Adam Kadman what are they?
Thank you.
November 26, 2023 at 7:02 am EST in reply to: Preparation Question: What does it mean to view reality from the perspective of the Creator? #335824maria santosParticipantThat the Creator only wants us to be happy, so everything we perceive as being negative is really not. Like Dr. Laitman says, parents want the best for their children and if they correct the child it is for the child’s benefit, the child can choose to see it that way knowing that their parents love them, or a child can choose to se it negatively. Ultimately, it is the intention behind the action that needs to be understood.

As a child I always thought that that was exactly what was happening. The Creator already knows our life story and its ending because he directed the movie. We are just lost in the role and have forgotten that it is a movie we are watching.

Once the goal is defined, you will continue to refine it to keep yourself perfectly aimed at the target. How would you currently define the goal for which you are studying? #335278maria santosParticipantThe goal for which I am studying is to know the Creator, and be one with it…in simple form I want to go home to where all was one.
