I have been working on my will to receive and have started to be able to receive in order to bestow, my wife has helped me to be able to put others before, I find when I do this I feel happy and contented, something i dont feel when i do something just for myself.

It is making a change from only thinking about myself, to considering others and their needs before my own.

I am hoping to make a start to the journey towards alignment with G-D, through applying the practical skills within this course.

Learning about our development, and how we go though fazes of development, it explains why we are at a point where we need to learn to cooperate in order to avoid war.
