Sure.
When we drive in a car, we can see the trees going by and if we pass them quickly we feel we are going faster and if we pass them slower, we can feel we are going slowly.
When we are in an airplane, there are no trees, it is more difficult to determine our speed.
When we move towards Lishma, it means that our ego receives no reward.
We can’t move unless the ego receives reward, so it requires an upper force to make the move.
But in the preparation phases we can feel more and more that we are working with our ego, we feel the ego growing, which comes from the Creator and we add love on top of it each time.
If you are working like this in the group, you can be sure you are advancing.

You can click SUBSCRIBE on the top right of this forum and get updated when there is a post here, so you can see when your questions are answered.
The question are asking bothers all of those who ask this question that is difficult to understand.
It is impossible to explain things in a way that we can feel that such atrocities are somehow justified towards a better good.
But the wisdom of kabbalah is very practical.
We can at least see and feel these events as a measuring stick to feel just how far we are from a good life for everyone.
Imagine that we are very thirsty but try to drink from a fire hydrant. We would injure ourselves as the pressure of the much needed water is much too strong for our soft face, we may even choke or worse.
There is an abundance of good waiting for us to arrange ourselves so that the good that is coming to us can settle in us in a calm and good way, otherwise the forces of nature will rush forward pushing and kicking us from behind as it rolls.

That sounds like a normal life on Earth. As bad as it is, life on any other planet would be much worse.
So what is it that you want, now that you feel bad?

Eventually we want that all children will be fed. But when we get up in the morning and go to work, we earn bread to feed our children first and if we raise them well, they will also help and carry out our wish that everyone will be fed.
This is the same in spirituality, the way that the network is structured, we start with the corrections that are closest to us and those are the ones who opened the same books and sit with the same teacher and draw the same lights that influence.
Later the circle expands more and more.

At the beginning of the day [each spiritual state] say, “if I do not take care of everything it will not get done”.
At the end of the day [each spiritual state] say, “everything was done by the hand of the Creator”.
You’ll see later how these two realities merge into one.
In short, you want to sanctify everything you are doing in your heart, to love and unity.
It matters not if you are building a business or feeding your children, in everything we do, we connect it to Him.
