Possibly would we all see the other as ourselves and desire to transform in ourselfs to be if it the version of us with in the othwe
So my understanding is that there is no coincidence when fear/insecurity pops up the goal should be to seek the ends (the reason I’m feeling this?) and then come to a conclusion that it’s because of the creator testing me and then feel there is none else besides him?
All my life ive had an issue with being insecure, about alot of things, weight, looks, culture etc, then as i grow older it has shifted to comparison, fear of failure, rejection, jealousy, not being enough, being replaced. I struggle ALOT with these thoughts and feelings and im exhuasted and tired of how it affects me and the people around me.
What can a person do to just not be insecure anymore?? How do we change the thoughts of fear and understadn where its coming from in the first place?
This stuck with me but i dont know hwy, i dont have a super specigic quetsion around it, is it true that literally everything that isint bestowal is negative? like when i recive pleasure from eating an ice cream? So last two nights ive had strange dreams
1. im at work and a cable brekas and come in contact with water…it explodes and starts burning, i immideatly run aroudn the store and the break room and tell people to run out, i dont know if its relevant but i specifically remember me and one collegau when we have told everyone, and i say to her dont be a hero we need to get out, and she listenes, then cut to me standing on one of those ladders on the side of the building with flames all orund me and people scrraming get down…but i just give up,
2(same night). A person is berating me for all the mistakes ive made in connection to his family
when i woke up aftere these dreams i had alot of anxiety and feeling broken (like givien up) and it was right in my chest and stomach
3. Tonight i dreamt that i was in a camp i go to every year, and in the distance i see a dark tornade that came all the way from america to my country adn its headed straight to us, so onec again i run around find everyone, me and my friend gahter poeple, and we make sure everyone goes down very very far in this big house to safety, i dont remember as much deatil of this dream but also this strong anxiety in the stomach, why do i keep ending up in natural disasters is it spiritual?
