Hello, I feel so torn

I see the way the world is progressing, AI data centers getting built, AI getting scarier, seeming as if it will take over all jobs and potentially be harmful to us in the future (kill us)

I think “do I need to become a millionaire to make sure I can afford to live in the future?

I think about whether to use AI or not, it’s useful but will I aid in humanity’s destruction?

I think about all the unorganic food the legalise and how I want to protect my body, I think about all of the privacy breaches that are happening in the EU, and it feels like I need to fight against everything, but also that seems pointless because of what I learn here,

 

So what’s true? Should I bother to fight against/resist the thinga that are happening in the world, try to eat only organic, avoid using ai? Get one of those phones that are encrypted, donate to charities.. Or is it all a waste of time to think about, should I just live my life one day at a time and just enjoy (and obviously work and take care of basics)?
