How does one deal with so called heartbreak, there was atopic video about it on youtube but i didnt understadnd Rav, when dealing with despari and fear of the future, what do you do? I mean maybe the asnere is easy, go to the creator but how?

Is the prayer the asking of help to never lose it? and do i understand correctly by thinking that whats most important in seeking the connection is the TRYING in its self? like almost desperatly always trying to feel the other and the creator within, even tho it might not be in the perfect kabbalistic way etc, jus tthe mere fact that im giving it my all all the time, what do you mean “already serious”?

Im not yet in a ten, but i was in  the holland retreat and experienced it and thinking o the other while sharing a meal, walk so on.

Can i as a non “ten-er” connecte and evolve on the path by i.e eating, walking working, in my private life and think of everyone

follow up Q:

1.should i only focus on the guys in my ten or should i also focus on everyone i met/all of kabU

2. how do we practically have the others in our hearts, is it by imagening doing such activities as if they are there with me? or imagening them doing it where they ae i.e Germany, america etc

3. How do i raise a prayer properly 1. praise the G-d, 2. praise the enviroment 3..? and how do i genunly do those things so to not make a forced prayer like in religon ? It was fun seeing you on the screen this weekedn Gianni!
