I answered this in the previous question. The article in this week’s related readings was very helpful.  IIt pointed out that pain and sadness comes ffrom us when are less connected to the Creator.

I am hoping to learn here how to do that.  Often I make plans and they blow up in my face.  I think it helps to try and see how the seemingly negative events and feelings in my life are sent by the Creator for my own good.

Often times, after a negative event, I realize that if I had gotten what I wanted, I would be unhappy, and usually the way things work out seem better.
