What I’ve learned over the years is that change comes from within. Love is what makes others change and want to be around you.

Change must be mutual. Do your best to support and accommodate any changes you wish to see in your partner with compassion, do it as a whole for the whole. Love your partner as yourself

It’s easy to blame the other person, and recognizing my own contribution to the issue isn’t always the first priority.  Communicating about issues with grace and tact in the other’s language also takes some learning.
