OliverParticipantIn the additional lesson
“Additional Lessons
Watch senior Kabbalah instructors Markos Zografos and Chris Jones teach about your desire, where it came from and where it is headed. (1hr 27m.)”
I’m hitting on confusion when it comes to the diagram/understanding of “breaking” and the positioning of our world inside the diagram. Most probably due to previous knowledge wrote in “Shomer Emunim”, “Moses Cordovero’s Introduction to Kabbalah” etc. My previous understanding was that the shattering happened in Atzilut and cascaded down the worlds, and our existence is within Malkhut of Assiah, whilst the image produced in the lesson suggests the shattering was after the lowest world of Assiah and we are outside that? Is it a case of revised understanding or are both correct at the same time, in a way that I’m struggling to understand?August 16, 2026 at 9:53 am EDT in reply to: Ask anything about week 1 lesson and materials and get an answer from a senior Kabbalah instructor. #510883
OliverParticipantWhere do the misconceptions come from? For them to be so prevalent there must be a reason for the confusion?
Also, is it a case of they have nothing to do with the subject so are irrelevant, or that it is inherently harmful to incorporate other beliefs?August 16, 2026 at 8:41 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: What do you expect from the lesson? What do you desire to achieve from it? #510882
OliverParticipantA better understanding of what happens in life and why. So I can live more mindfully, for better outcomes for myself and others.
OliverParticipantHi, I’m Oliver/Olly. I’m from England.
I found out about the subject through YouTube a few years back whilst navigating a few things in life, think it helped to some degree. I started reading on the subject, but feel I would benefit from a way of learning with structured progression to save going round in circles or finding myself in the deep end. - AuthorReplies
