@ Seth. I feel I have to explain a little further about my post. The rage and despair was not about me (although at times I have felt both in relation to myself) but about what I perceive in the world around me – especially in relation to cruelty to animals or the circumstances that people have to deal with. In my minds eye I can imagine a different way of being.  I struggle to accept it, viewing it from my limited perspective.  I do think separating my earthly life from my spiritual life is certainly a solid step to be working on. Thank you for your input
Thank you. You are right in that I do not separate my world, I try to live it all as one. You have given me a different perspective to contemplate and practice.
I understand that all comes from and is of the Creator and that it’s  all for our self correction but I find it overwhelming and struggle with the idea that we are caught in so much pain and hardship. I also understand that this is our own perception of the reality of the situation. Would you say that the way to overcome my raging/ despair would be to continue to hold faith – no matter what? I feel one cannot let go, not for a single minute.
I feel a merging and integration with all around me and I trust that this is an experience of the Oneness of all.
To begin a practical path to develop my ability to sense and to come to experiece the reality that surround us – that lies beyond the veil.
