ParticipantI wish for my fellow students and myself a better understanding of our place in the divine plan. Knowledge of how best to receive from above and from each other so that we can consciously participate in granting the Creator and each other the quality of experience He has willed through our Creation.

ParticipantI just took the knowledge check and was surprised that the answer to the question, “Which best defines reality outside a person’s perception according to Kabbalah?” was, “There is no reality outside of a person’s perception.” Can you elaborate? This confused me as my understanding of the material was that all of objective reality is outside of our subjective perception.

ParticipantWe want to perceive outside of the program of egoism which governs our ordinary five senses. In doing this, we will come to know the truth of our existence.

ParticipantI see this first lesson as just a first step… I hope to get a basic understanding of the goal of Kabbalah and an idea of how it might be useful in building a closer relationship with the Creator.
