Would a practical take away form this week be to just keep trying to have an alturisic intention in our actions towards others then?

What does it mean to connect to others desires above the ego? Is that an encompassing sentence for what the work of kabbalah is in practice?

I do expect the framework for life, how to understand my inner feelings/sensations what to listen to and act on etc, also to understadn how to live by kabbalistic ways

best experience was yesterday listening to the live about sufferign, and its purpose,

exptectation, to be able to use this as a framework in my daily life
