If I do something kind for someone even when it conflicts with how I genuinely feel, like if I notice I’m feeling jealous or judgmental. Does that kindness still have real value? On one hand, I’ve recognised a negative trait in myself through self-reflection. On the other, I’m choosing to act kindly anyway because I believe this is what the creator would want me to do.

So does that choice reflect a genuine attempt at equivalence of form or is it just pretending i.e. acting in a way that doesn’t match who I truly am?

If everything that happens in our world is as a result of spiritual force acting upon it, why does the level of suffering in this world have to be so severe? For the example, the suffering that involve children who are the most innocent and vulnerable in our society. Is this also coming from the Creator or is it a reflection of the level of egoism into which mankind has fallen?

Hi, my name is Brenda and I live in the UK. I would like to delve deeper Kabbalah in order to know myself and the laws of nature that govern our world. I have listened to the full 6 hour Kabbalah Revealed course on YouTube, and as a result started reading Michael Laitman’s book “Attaining Worlds Beyond”. This has further sparked my interest. I would like to learn with fellow students.
