You’re right, Mark. You have no evil. we only call it evil when I try to go into connection with others for the sake of reaching the Creator. The phenomena that reject me from that, I call evil because it’s not letting me reach the greatest thing there is. Now, it turns out that that evil was in me all along, but was unnoticeable because it only rises up in resistance to connection.
Yes but still – sequentially, after the shame cancels the pleasure, there needs to be a decision: “From now on, I don’t receive, unless I can be certain it’s to bestow to the Creator.”
It can’t be that someone who comes with a desire for the goal, hinders the friends’ advancement. It’s right that when I truly try to connect and to the extent of those efforts, especially if I try to with intention, I see that I fail, and I’m worse than others, and that it’s the Creator who has to be the glue. It is what’s missing rather than their being something wrong with you yourself. The connection is all that’s broken.

But no it’s not that way. Male, female…from the teacher I can say confidently that you’re the same in terms of the inner work. Of course your work is at least as different as mine is to any other of the men friends. No one is alike because each is so unique. You can’t even say “so” unique but it is sui generis. Each friend irreplaceable, special, invaluable.

Sorry we missed this Peter. I can only say keep going. The more you’re in contact with the light from the study of Kabbalah the more all the “insurmountable” obstacles with be burned in the fire of your spiritual yearning. You have to work on only this, igniting that fire. But more importantly, keeping it going. It’s like a campfire in a windy campground. You have to add and add to it or it goes out. Otherwise, we’d have no free choice here. And as the whole reality was designed just to provide this choice – and not for anything else we’re up to – the Creator makes no concessions here. You have to decide that this awakening that He gave, you’re going to continue yourself. He gave books, teachers, and others on this path, to be your partners in this.
