  Loved this lesson so much probably my favourite. I loved the ‘harmonics and overtones metaphor’ and how the ego’s experience of life is likened to the dull discordant clang you get from bashing an aluminium pan with a wooden spoon; I get this. To exalt someone other than the one’s own ego gives way to the audible harmonious and eternal song of life. Thanks John, Shelly and Seth.
