What inspired me about the course? The teaching in the videos and the feeling of trust in the teachers. I have learnt how easy it is to deceive myself in both positive and negative ways. I hope and wish my fellow students find equivalence with the creator.

Moreover, it’s said that aiding others accelerates our own spiritual ascent. How does this dynamic operate? What does supporting fellow seekers with a spiritual inclination entail? #328675StephenParticipantI would feel excitement, shyness, and nervousness, and I hope for a sense of belonging as I get settled and a sense of friendship and connection with some people.
StephenParticipantAs I share with others in the work dissemination I also share in the correction brought about
July 30, 2023 at 6:51 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: What does it mean to connect with others? In what desire are we connected? #327399StephenParticipantI find it difficult to answer this question because that change is not in my hands but is ultimately in the hands of the creator. all I can do is be willing to make the changes put before me. My desire is knowledge of the creator and to be like him and in union with his will.
July 23, 2023 at 8:24 am EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Starting a new course in Kabbalah is similar to a fetus moving on to a new trimester. The warm and fulfilling womb is still the same, but the desire and needs of the future human are evolving. Before we start the first week let’s set our expectations. How do we want the womb (Light) to influence and evolve us? What do we desire to achieve in this semester? #326895StephenParticipantIf found to be acceptable, I would hope to begin to work with others developing connections and wove further towards the creator
July 17, 2023 at 5:36 am EDT in reply to: What was my best experience from the previous course? What do I expect from this course? #326444StephenParticipantI have enjoyed the sequence of the first courses drawing us gently from the basic beliefs of the kabbalah, applying those beliefs to our present situation and preparing us for the practice of Kabbalah in a group and with A teacher.
As we progress I expect to be challenged as I realise this is not about me and my spiritual desires. but about the world’s needs and the voice of the creator.
