From an egoistic perception, I seem as if I am in a corporeal “reality”, made of and governed by laws of space, time, energy, matter & motion. It causes separation; causing me to feel like a totally separate individual, unique, without any real connection to anyone or anything.
When the egoistic reasoning mind is in control it is always tuned into “radio station” WIFM-(“What’s In It For Me?”)- I’m always calculating how to receive more pleasure for myself, and I’m not worried about exploiting others, as I don’t feel any connection to them.
As my perception of reality shifts from egoism to one rooted in bestowal, I begin to feel my connection with others. I begin feeling that I am an integral part of the general soul of Adam. That whatever I do, affects everyone (and everything) in the Universe. While still desiring to receive more and more pleasure (as that is my nature), I begin to change my intention from receiving (pleasure) for myself alone, to one of receiving (pleasure) for the sake of sharing; for the sake of the creator.
This intention enables me to gradually reach an “equivalence of form” with the Creator–the very source of the force of Love and bestowal. The principle of “Love your Friend as Yourself” becomes something real, something that enables me (through connection), to feel & reveal more and more Spiritual Light (Pleasure) and share it with everyone.
October 6, 2023 at 5:57 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: Congratulations on progressing through the intermediary stages of your Kabbalah learning by staring this new course! Since the wisdom of Kabbalah deals with developing our precious eternal part—the soul—it is important to take a moment to note your expectations from this stage of your journey, and later check back and see what aligned with or differed from your expectations, and how you might’ve changed in the process: What do you hope to get out of this course you’re now starting? #332310GarryParticipantTo discover/learn a “practical” method that I can implement in order to help build a second nature, an Altruistic nature, above my existing egoistic nature (which came along with my Will to Receive), and, with the aid of a Masach, begin to Feel and Reveal the Creator.
I’m desiring to move beyond (egoistic/intellectual) “Faith within Reason” to “Faith Above Reason”, and actually attain a perception of the Creator.
Ideally, as an integral part of Adam HaRishon, (having finally reach Equivalence of Form with the Creator, return/ascend (by my own volition) through a system of Spiritual Worlds–(following the trail of Reshimot)–to my “Root” in Spirituality and facilitate the fulfilment of the Purpose of Creation: The creation of the creature (Adam HaRishon) so it can be filled with the infinite delight and pleasure the Creator wishes/intends to bestow.

I often participate in the live weekly Q & A Zoom session which follow “Kabbalah Explained Simply” weekly lessons. For quite some time I have been viewing videos available at Kabbalahinfo, including “Basic Concepts in Kabbalah”, and earlier “Kabbalah Explained Simply” lessions which were broadcast prior to my joining KabU.
Having completed the Kabbalah Revealed courses, I continue reading from among the many books of Dr Laitman’s that I own. In addition I have attended, virtually by Zoom, both the Kabbalah retreat in Holland and the Retreat in NY.
If I am indeed an integral part of Adam ha Rishon, and if I truly desire to “Climb the Ladder” back to my Spiritual Root (together with all of Adam ha Rishon) then it seems clear to me that it would be a really good idea for me to get to know as much as I can about my Root, and how and why I came down from there!
Having taken a “sneak peek” at the course syllabus, and knowing that it will be taught by Gianni I am excited to begin!
September 18, 2023 at 6:57 pm EDT in reply to: What was my best experience from the previous course? What do I expect from this course? #331162GarryParticipantThere were just so many “aha” moment that help answer the question “What is the meaning of my life?”
Looking forward to learning more of this Wisdom.
GarryParticipantRegardless of appearances to the contrary, “There is none else besides Him”. The Good that does good.–
The importance of the books, the teacher and the group.
By keeping the law of “Love your Neighbor as yourself” we can feel and reveal all of Reality and keep all 613 commandments. But this precept is not about external “altruistic” actions which are always egoistic (and which history will show), always causes damage and create more suffering to the world, but about an Internal change of intention and awareness. We we are all (in reality) connected- part of the one general soul of Adam Ha Rishon, and what I intend (and do) affects everything and everyone in the entire world/universe
Love covers all crimes.
True prayer is not in words but comes from the heart.
August 24, 2023 at 7:18 pm EDT in reply to: Preparation Question: What does it mean to view reality from the perspective of the Creator? #329523GarryParticipantPreparation Question: What does it mean to view reality from the perspective of the Creator?
Truth be told, I, being the creature-(the will to receive), with my egoism, am the complete opposite of the Creator, which is pure Will To Bestow. And not having attained “equivalence of form” with the Creator, I can only TRY to “imagine”, (to fantasize) what it means to view reality from the perspective of the Creator.
I am only able to use what information my 5 corporeal senses (which have no ability to sense the Upper Spiritual Reality) have “gathered”, to create images which have no referent in the Upper Reality.
The better I am able to change my Intention from “to receive pleasure for myself”, into an Intention “to receive for the sake of the Creator”, to work towards “connection”, the more “Reforming Light” I will attract. Then I can build a Second Nature– a Kli with a “Screen”– an Altruistic nature above my egoistic nature. This should put me into greater Similarity of Form with the Creator. Then (I think) I’ll begin to”see” with a “Cognitive Perception”-(a Wordless Awareness), beyond words, ideas, theories, illusions etc into the Upper Reality. Gaining an ability to see from a perspective of Bestowal and from a Reality of: Consciousness, Force and Form, rather from the egoistic illusory/delusional perspective from which I now see. Then (hopefully!) I’ll have an better idea of “What does it mean to view reality from the perspective of the Creator”!
